You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem to [email protected] with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, you will be approved to return the item and will receive a refund once we received the item. All returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval to be eligible for a refund. Please obtain a USPS receip when shipping the item back.
